How to Return an Item

To start a return, please contact us or submit a return request through your account. Once approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label via email.

Return Shipping

We provide a prepaid return label for your convenience. A $12 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of this label.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we'll process your refund within [5-7 business days]. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the $12 return shipping fee.
